校長会議（Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference、略称・HMC）はイギリスおよび王室属領、アイルランドの275のインデペンデント・スクール（デイ・スクール、ボーディング・スクールのどちらも含む）の校長によって組織される団体である。この他に、校長会議の活動を支援する多数の海外会員（イギリス連邦が大半）と 30〔Schools Directory 〕 の准会員（公立学校の校長または教育界で影響力を持つ個人）が参加している。 == 沿革 == 校長会議は1869年にアッピンガム・スクール(Uppingham School)の校長であったエドワード・スリング(Edward Thring)が60～70人の校長達〔Leinster-Mackay, Donald P.
