Cornovecchio is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Lodi in the Italian region Lombardy, located about southeast of Milan and about southeast of Lodi. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 232 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Cornovecchio contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Lardera and Goretti.
