Arpaise is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Benevento in the Italian region Campania, located about 50 km northeast of Naples and about 11 km south of Benevento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 886 and an area of 6.6 km².〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Arpaise contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Mignolli, Terranova, Russi, and Casalpreti.
