Satellier Inc. was a US-based company, headquartered in Chicago, IL with majority of its operations in India. The company provides global workshare services to architecture, engineering, construction and owner-operated (AECO) partners. == History == Satellier was founded in India by Michael Jansen in 2004. At its peak, Satellier employed over 350 people in its offices located in New Delhi, with branch offices in in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, London, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. In April 2008, following investment from Sequoia Capital and Silicon Valley Bank, Satellier acquired Screampoint, the inventor of and leader in 5D Digital City and Digital Building systems. In 2011, Screampoint de-merged from Satellier Inc (which was renamed later CityZenith), with Michael Jansen becoming CEO of Screampoint, and Alain Waha becoming CEO of Satellier Inc. In 2013, Satellier was wound down by its investors group, due to a lack of working capital to serve its contracts in the Middle East.
