Roteb is a city cleaning company which is in service of the City of Rotterdam and tries to make sure that the streets and squares of the city are kept tidy and they also offer waste management services. The acronym Roteb stands for ''Rotterdams, ondernemend, trots, effectief en betrouwbaar'' (meaning (from) Rotterdam, enterprising, proud, effective and trustworthy).
