Maundiaceae : ウィキペディア英語版
Maundia

''Maundia '' is a genus in the family Juncaginaceae described as a genus in 1858.〔(Mueller, Ferdinand Jacob Heinrich von. 1858. Fragmenta Phytographiæ Australiæ 1: 22-23 ) in Latin〕〔(Tropicos, ''Maundia'' F. Muell. )〕 It contains only one known species, ''Maundia triglochinoides'', endemic to Australia (States of Queensland and New South Wales).〔(Kew World Checklist of Selected Plant Families )〕
Some authors have proposed removing ''Maundia'' from the Juncaginaceae and placing it in its own family, the Maundiaceae.〔(Dmitry D. Sokoloff, Sabine von Mering, Surrey W. L. Jacobs, & Margarita V. Remizowa. 2013. Morphology of ''Maundia'' supports its isolated phylogenetic position in the early-divergent monocot order Alismatales. Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society 173 (1),:12–45 )〕
The species is listed as vulnerable.〔(New South Wales government, Environment & Heritage, ''Maundia triglochinoides'' (a herb) - vulnerable species listing )〕
