Malesco is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in the Italian region Piedmont, located about northeast of Turin and about north of Verbania, the provincial capital. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,478 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 Malesco is the most populous ''comune'' in Val Vigezzo and has a station on the Domodossola–Locarno railway which runs along the valley.
