Naturally produced beans (all vegetables and fruits are produced with natural farming) in the green Vally of Alihoca is famous dish of Locals, Adana and Mersin region. In Adana and Mersin, Alihoca beans named as Ciftehan Fasulyesi and although it is sold in the shops more than twice pricy than other local beans, people prefer consuming Ciftehan Fasulyesi. Alihoca is a naturally beautiful village with its air, water, forest and agricultural products.
