A pyrrhic ((ギリシア語:πυρρίχιος) ''pyrrichios'', from πυρρίχη ''pyrrichē'') is a metrical foot used in formal poetry. "When the" and "and the" in the second line may be considered as pyrrhics (also analyzable as ionic meter).
