SweetS : ウィキペディア英語版
Sweets (band)

(stylized as SweetS) was a Japanese idol group. Put together through auditions, the group debuted in 2003 on the avex trax label. Although the group met minor success, they disbanded after three years with the release of a final single in June 2006.
== History ==

In the 2002 Avex auditions, five girls ages 12–13 were selected out of a group of hopefuls to form a new group called ''SweetS''. After a year of training, they debuted on 27 August 2003 with a single titled "LolitA ☆ Strawberry in summer." They were voted number 1 in the popular J-Music magazine ''CD-DATA'' in November 2004.
They released 11 singles, 1 full album, 2 mini-albums, 3 DVDs, 2 photobooks and participated in collaborations and compilations.
on 7 June 2006 the group was disbanded because Avex decided that two members wasn't enough: Aki and Aya needed to focus to high school and Miori had a modeling deal.
