Sievierodonetsk

Sievierodonetsk ((ウクライナ語:Сєвєродонецьк); (ロシア語:Северодонецк), Severodonetsk) is a city in the Luhansk Oblast (province) of eastern Ukraine. The city is designated as its own separate raion (district) within the oblast, and is located nearby the Seversky Donets River, approximately to the north north west from the former oblast capital, Luhansk.
Sievierodonetsk has several factories and a significant chemical production centre "Azot" (English translation: Nitrogen). There is a domestic airport in a nearby city.
