OKO
OKO is a complex of buildings located on plot 16 in the Moscow International Business Center in Moscow. The site is divided into two sections, 16a and 16b. "OKO" means "eye" in Russian, and is also abbreviation for "united with the basement crystal" ("объединённые кристаллом основания").
==Section No. 16a==
On the section 16a two high-rise buildings are being built, one of which is 49 stories and 245 meters tall (North Tower) and is currently complete, and the other one will be 85 stories with and 354 meters tall (South Tower) and is currently under construction. Each building will also have an underground floor. The buildings will house both residential and office space, occupying roughly the same area: for offices rid 122,493 m², residential apartments - 122,507 m².
