thumb Damijan Kovačič better known by his stage name Ledeni, also known as Denile, is an rapper and producer from Ljubljana, Slovenia. He is the first Trap artist to come from Slovenia and the first Cloud Rap artist to come from former Yugoslawia. The name Ledeni translates to Icey in all former Yugoslaw languages. == Career == Ledeni started recording demo songs as a teenager and in 2008 released his first mixtape Fixtape vol 1. In 2009 he was featured on the "Spacedout" compilation with other Slovene artist and had the first trap song in Slovene language, this song was his breakthrough on radio and television, also Radio Val 202 labeled him as the future of Slovenian hip hop. In 2010 he released another mixtape Fixtape vol.2, where he experimented with new sounds and rapping styles. In 2012 he was signed to Menart Records and released a few singles and videos on that label like "Lep dan" and "En lajf". In 2013 he continued his career as an independent artist and almost creating the trap music scene in Slovenia and became a regular act on every trap music event in Ljubljana.The singles and videos like Kvartovc, Peit dol niži, Top were hosted on several radio and television programs and the single JVCD was featured on Radio Študent 2013 Overall best music of the year.His videos on YouTube have reached over half a million views for now.
