Jagielnica

Jagielnica ((ドイツ語:Alt Jägel)) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Przeworno, within Strzelin County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles.
It lies approximately east of Przeworno, south-east of Strzelin, and south of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 110. Named after another Jagielnica ((ウクライナ語:Ягільниця)) in western Ukraine that was in Poland prior to 1939, by the people who moved from there to this former German territory after World War II.
