Efinancialcareers.com (and redirects from FINS.com) is a targeted career resource and employment website from The Wall Street Journal. The site was launched in July 2009 by Dow Jones & Company, and serves as a career center and job board for The Wall Street Journal Digital Network. Efinancialcareers.com provides industry-specific news, hiring trends, career advice, and jobs for finance, accounting, sales, marketing, information technology, technology, MBAs, and student audiences.
FINS publishes a daily newsletter called the Morning Coffee. FINS Morning Coffee newsletter is a round-up of latest career news, sent in a daily email. The newsletter provides industry specific news and advice in three editions: Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Technology.
==History==
FINS was founded in 2009 by Dow Jones, which in turn was owned by News Corp.
Since launching, FINS became the job board for The Wall Street Journal's Digital Network: WSJ.com, MarketWatch, All Things Digital, and Barron's.

In 2011 Fins launched global sites for Europe and Asia-Pacific, as well as a student site. The Student sector provides resume and interview tips, job openings and internships, as well as news and advice on how to start a career.
In 2012 FINS launched a mobile app for Android and Apple, featuring jobs and career news.
In June 2012 FINS was sold to DHI Group, Inc. owner of Dice.com. FINS.com now redirects to efinancialcareers.com.
