Radzanowo

Radzanowo is a village in Płock County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Radzanowo.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 It lies approximately east of Płock and north-west of Warsaw.
The village has a population of 860. It is the home town of Steven Smigocki (alt Snigock/Smiegocki/Snitgatski) who emigrated to the United States in approximately 1906 to join cousins already living the Pennsylvania. He eventually started work as a coal miner in the Pennsylvania Coal Company in Dunmore, PA, and died in 1973.
